No. The platform, apps and booking page work in English, Greek, Spanish and Portuguese. Only myDATA e-invoicing is specific to Greece.

**Does the AI assign drivers or change bookings on its own?**
No. Hermes prepares bookings and bulk changes and always waits for a person to confirm. Dispatch suggests drivers and vehicles; the dispatcher makes the final call.

**Which payment providers are supported?**

**Can hotels book directly?**
