Cookie Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This policy covers the transfer360.app website and complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. They keep the site working, remember your choices and, only with your consent, support analytics or marketing.
2. The cookies we use
The site uses one necessary cookie and, only if you accept "Analytics", the analytics cookies of Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (provider: Microsoft Corporation) help us understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited, how they are reached and where visitors get stuck. Clarity also records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement on our pages so that we can improve them. Both load only after you accept "Analytics", never before. Google Analytics runs with IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode; advertising signals stay off unless you also accept "Marketing". The providers may process the data outside the European Union, under the safeguards they apply. More information: Google Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from sites that use its services, the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the list of Clarity cookies.
3. Third-party services
When you click "Book a demo", the Cal.com scheduling window opens over the page. Cal.com's code does not load with the page: it loads only when you point at, focus or click a "Book a demo" button or, on the Contact page, when you scroll to the calendar shown on the page. The scheduling window may use its own cookies, under the Cal.com privacy policy.
The app links lead to Apple's App Store and Google Play, which apply their own policies.
4. Managing your consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
If you withdraw your consent for "Analytics", Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity stop, their cookies on our domain (_ga, _ga_EYDQTCZ9WX, _clck, _clsk) are deleted and they do not load on the following pages. The CLID and MUID cookies belong to Microsoft domains, so only your browser can delete them.
5. Changes to this policy
If the cookies we use change, we will update this page and its "last updated" date and ask for your consent again where needed. For any question: transfer@dot360.io.
